Discussion Topics: Bringing together Maritime Operation Centers, Law Enforcement Fusion Centers, Maritime Exchanges, Government Maritime Information Hubs into a single grid. Creating a universal Dial String for Mariner Access to Regional Maritime Centers, US Government Interagency System Collaboration Efforts.
